How long is a deep clean ? 
Deep cleans can take 3-6 hours depending on the size of the home and how much work needs to be done. Please call us for a free estimate. 

What products do you use? 
We use Industrial cleaners but can use whatever products you prefer if you provide them. We also offer Green/Biodegradable products as well.

How many people come for a clean? 
Our cleaning crew is usually two to four people. Crews are dispatched by size of the home and requirements of the clean. 

How much notice do I need to schedule a clean?
We generally take appointments a week in advance, however we will accommodate cleaning within 48 hours depending on workloads and scheduling.

What specials do you have?
We have several specials. We have referral and Votes/Review specials. You can find our specials on our Promotions and Special Offers Page.

What type of payment do you take?
Cash, check and credit cards. 

Do you offer Rental Cleaning?
Yes we do! We offer Move In and Move out cleaning. It is a specialized service. That generally takes a bit longer.

What is your guarantee?
It's not clean until it's Rubio's clean!

What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
Give us a call two business days before your service if you need to reschedule your cleaning day. This will give us time to reassign your cleaning appointment. Less than 24 hour notice it may be necessary for us to charge up to the full price of your cleaning.  

Do you offer cleaning for home parties?
Yes we do! Call us for more information on how we can make your home sparkle pre-party or clean up the mess after the party. 

Who will come to do my cleaning?
Upon scheduling with Rubio's you will have the same assigned crew for recurring cleanings.
