Help Us Raise Money For LLS Woman Of The Year

What is the LLS Woman Of The Year Campaign?

Each year, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) nominates a few men and women to become Man and Woman Of The Year. This year a dear friend of mine, Sarah Lee, has been nominated as one of three candidates for Woman Of The Year. The candidate who raises the most money between March 1st and May 12th is named Woman Of The Year, but that is not what's important to her.

Sarah Lee's mission is to raise at least $50,000 so that she can name a Research Grant in the name of the Gaoiran Brothers to honor the uncles she lost to cancer.

You can read more about Sarah Lee's story here.

Please join me in supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) by making a donation to my fundraising campaign for Man & Woman of the Year.

Why I'm Supporting Sarah Lee's Mission

When I was just a little kid, I lost my grandpa and uncle to cancer and I have always wanted to do something to find a cure. That is why I am supporting Sarah Lee in her mission as candidate for the LLS Woman of the Year Campaign. Our team is working to raise as much as possible over the next 10 weeks. Every dollar we raise counts as one vote for my team's candidate. The candidate whose team tallies the most votes earns the prestigious title of "Man or Woman of the Year".

No donation is too small or too large! Together we will find a cure!

About LLS

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Their focus is on blood cancers. But did you know that the research done on blood cancers can be applied to all other cancer research? Specifically cancers that are caused by an unknown primary? This is why I can so ardently support LLS – because their research can be so widely applied.

And I will NOT lose another loved one without a fight. A knock-down, drag-out FIGHT." - Sarah Lee

All donations are greatly appreciated and tax deductible. They'll not only support LLS research, but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.

Please visit my website often and tell friends who would also like to donate!
